This year we were blessed to have the annual St Anthony parish pilgrimage to the 14 metre statue of Our Lady of Lourdes in Paraparaumu take place on the Feast of the the Holy Rosary. We were able to honour our Lady through the 20km walk beginning at Peka Peka beach and winding our way through different neighbourhoods and parks, the beach and the city saying the rosary and singing hymns and litanies. Our Lady blessed us with a pause in the rain each time we had a rest break.
